Orders are shipped from our lead warehouse(s) and fulfillment center(s) located within the USA (Maryland and California). 


Note: All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once their order has shipped.

Same-Day Delivery is only available during business days in select zip codes in Maryland and California. Please check the list of eligible zip codes to confirm availability.


MARYLAND SAME-DAY DELIVERY: (M-F)

Orders placed by 2PM EST – Express Delivery: $19.95 (arrives within 1-2 hours after processing)

Orders placed after 2PM EST and by 4PM EST – Same-Day Delivery: $14.95 (arrives within 2-3 hours after processing)

Orders placed after 4PM EST and by 6PM EST – Same-Day Delivery: $9.95 (arrives within 3-5 hours after processing)


Orders placed after 6PM EST will be processed the next day.


CALIFORNIA SAME OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY: (M-F)

Orders placed by 12PM PST – Express Delivery: $16.95 (arrives within 1-2 hours after processing)

Orders placed after 12PM PST and by 3PM PST – Same-Day Delivery: $12.95 (arrives within 2-3 hours after processing)

Orders placed after 3PM PST and by 5PM PST – Same-Day Delivery: $9.95 (arrives within 3-5 hours after processing)


Orders placed after 5PM PST will be processed the next day.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are typically processed within the same day or up to three business days. Once processing is complete, your item(s) will be shipped.


Domestic Shipping (USA & Canada only): Orders typically arrive within 1 to 10 business days, depending on your local postal service or the carrier.


International Shipping : Delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. 


PRE-ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED BY OR ON THE DATE IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Any orders that are canceled after a purchase has been processed, a 25% restocking or cancellation fee will be applied. *Any orders that have been marked as shipped will be charged a 25% restocking fee + shipping & handling.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE(S) or delivery is late or delayed?

If your package is delayed and tracking shows it was shipped or is in transit, please:

Check your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email for real-time updates.


Contact the shipping or delivery carrier directly for the latest status.

Note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.


A claim must be filed with the postal service or carrier for delayed, lost, or missing packages.

WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEM(S) OR PACKAGE(S)?

Most packages require a signature confirmation upon delivery. If your tracking update shows that a package was delivered or signed for, but you did not receive it:


Check with your local postal service, carrier, neighbors, or household members to see if they received the package on your behalf. 


Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date and time via email at info@shop4youstyles.com.

Note: If package is not located a claim must be filed with the postal service or carrier.


We will follow all policies & procedures required by the carrier and notify you once the investigation is finalized.


If an item is missing from your order, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and time at info@shop4youstyles.com. 

Note: Some items may be shipped separately.

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

All items except jewelry, accessories, lingerie, and hosiery can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.


Items returned after 15 days but within 45 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only.


Note: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.


Note: Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.


Additional shipping & handling fees may apply, and the customer may be responsible for these fees.


If your item(s) or package(s) arrived damaged, please contact us at info@shop4youstyles.com within 48 hours of the delivery date and time.


A claim must be filed with the postal service or carrier.


We will follow all policies & procedures required and notify you once the investigation is finalized. 


We strongly advise customers to purchase a product protection plan for their items against potential damage or loss.

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal payments are accepted using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
